Whether you are stepping down from in-patient care or starting your recovery journey, our CD-IOP offers the structure, support, and clinical expertise needed for long-term success.

What to expect from CD-IOP

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is a complex and progressive illness that impacts the body, mind, and spirit. Our CD-IOP provides a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treatment while allowing participants to live at home and maintain work, school, or family commitments.

The program includes:

• Multiple weekly group therapy sessions
• Psychoeducation on addiction and recovery
• Relapse prevention strategies
• Coping skills training
• Support for dual-diagnosis mental health concerns
• Blended approach: 12-step philosophy + motivational interviewing
• Individualized care planning
• Medical and psychiatric oversight
• Typical program duration: 8 weeks (flexible based on need)
